Negar Feher is CEO of Orbital Outpost X, a company that develops solutions for autonomous operations and connectivity in space. With over 20 years of experience in the space industry, she has held technical and commercial leadership roles at Momentus, Maxar, and Lockheed Martin. At Momentus, she led the company’s growth from the startup’s early stages through its IPO. At Maxar, she co-founded a business unit focused on innovation and new markets. She is also a board member of SSPI and co-chairs the “Elevating Women” committee, promoting diversity and inclusion in the industry. She holds a master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Stanford University.

Ricky Burns Ricky is the technology manager for BP's largest production region in the Gulf of America. With over 15 years of solid experience in energy and technology, he is revolutionizing the upstream business sector. He leads a dynamic portfolio of digital initiatives aimed at modernizing business operations, including AI and digital twins. With a focus on safety, reliability, and efficiency, he plays a key role in reshaping the way BP conducts its upstream operations. Ricky brings extensive technical expertise, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with industry standards and best practices.

Patrick James is a 26-year veteran of Pixar Animation Studios and lives in Berkeley, California. He began his career in rendering on "Toy Story 2" and has since worked in various departments within the studio, including Layout, Simulation, Short Films, and, most recently, Localization. In his current role, he orchestrates the creation of language-specific adaptations of Pixar films for over 40 countries around the world. When he's not working, he's on the soccer field.

Wesley Linares He completed a technical degree in Mechanical Engineering and graduated in Science with a specialization in Mathematics. He worked at Senac from 2008 to 2021 as a teacher of technical, non-formal, and corporate services courses, and for six years as a professor at PROPROFISSÃO. He is currently Director of Operations and Technology at Instituto PROA, which leads initiatives that train and connect thousands of young people to the job market. His mission is to expand PROA's impact through pedagogical innovation, strategic partnerships, and sustainable growth.
